Hi All,
Wish I didn't have to type this but as we switch to the cloud on Viewpoint Vista they want to jack our rates up 40-50%. Does anyone else have experience with this increase? Did you eventually get them down? They seem firm.
Also, now the owner now wants to look into other accounting software's (Sage/Foundation/CMIC/etc) because Viewpoint is jerking us around. What is everyone using and how do you like it? Bonus points for anyone who recently transitioned!
5 main companies that do over $100M, we use it for GL, job costing, intercompany, and payroll (in house). We have separate softwares for financial statements, and estimating, and project management (time and quantities reporting that import into VP.)
