    Curious to hear if anyone else is planning COLA/Inflation compensation increases for 2024 or if you are only using a performance/merit-based program this year. Thank you,

    Hi Abby

    We use the annual PAS salary guides to adjust salary bands for each position, so our pay stays competitive.  We also do merit increases.
