Our HR team has been working hard at lining up job titles with the market. We have an employee who works under the accounting umbrella but is involved in many aspects of the business, including accounting technology implementation. She helps with contracts and A/R as well. She has been involved in our mobile field and dispatch reporting project and will assist with a new document management implementation over the next year. I do not want to lose her to our IT department by a title that includes 'IT' or 'Technology' but 'Accounting' seems too narrow as well. We have Accounting Operations Specialist and Business Operations Specialist on the table now.
Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on what we can do here?
