A Northern Colorado Civil Construction contractor is looking for a full-time Controller to join their office team! This position reports directly to the General Manager, and will be working alongside our current office team of a Sr. Administrative Assistant, Estimator, Project Coordinator, General Manager/President. This is not a remote position.
Required skills:
- BA in Accounting, Business Administration or Management
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Job Cost Accounting experience
- Organization
- Attention to detail
- Dependability
- A relentless passion for strong character and ethics
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Financial Systems and Reporting
- Overseeing daily routine accounting functions
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financials
- Guiding and developing financials strategies
- Supervision of other office functions through existing team
