    I am curious how other Companies determine their BD budget, how it gets allocated, and how you measure the success of your BD team. Do you set your BD budget as a % of revenue? Does only your BD team get to spend that $? How much of your budget is spent on what I would call general exposure items (sponsoring tables at events, organization memberships like Chambers of Commerce) verses individual encounters like taking taking potential clients, current clients and architects to dinner? Does your BD budget include a portion for subcontractors as well to continue to build relationships with them?
