We have several multiyear projects that require our field and office staff to drive, stay overnight, and possibly stay the weekend at the job locations.  Our compensation to these employees for these long term inconveniences has been inconsistent. What compensation strategies are similar contractors using to entice and satisfy current employees working on long term, remote projects?  Please contact me directly if you would rather not post publicly.

R.H. White is 95 years old, privately owned, and a third generation general contractor serving the northeast.  We generally have between 500 and 1,000 employees (mostly skilled with some seasonal) with between $100M and $300M in annual revenue.
