We use Sage 300CRE and have used Timberscan since it was created. This past summer we moved Sage and Timberscan to the Cloud. Since that time, Timberscan is taking forever to process invoices! In the office with a fiber internet connection it takes between 5 and 10 seconds to process each individual invoice. Finalizing them takes several minutes depending on how many invoices are being approved. We were also using HH2's mobile app for our field personnel to approve invoices. Timberscan is discontinuing that relationship to build their own app. With all these issues we are considering switching to Sage Paperless as we are already a user. Has anyone who has made the switch share their experiences.
