    We are considering outsourcing the management of our fleet to include acquisition, maintenance, etc.  We are located in the Atlanta area and have a fleet of about 60 vehicles that travel throughout the southeastern part of the United States.  Thanks for any feedback.

    Be very very careful with Enterprise.  They come off sounding fantastic – and to be honest they are great about 80% of the time – they just continually try to "sneak" things by whether it be maintenance or vehicle residual pricing or registrations.

     

    Additionally, they do not accept online payments but I do have a contact that I can scan check to and get it processed.

    I have found Enterprise an easy way to track Fleet expenditures and to buy vehicles at the beginning of the year when we're buying about 10 at once.  Otherwise Enterprise is not good for occasional or quick purchases because their process takes about 60 days.  I'm not convinced they save us any money regardless of how they twist the numbers with their models.  But there is a lot less hassle by letting them manage the fleet.

    We have used Enterprise for several years and are very pleased!  Would be happy to speak with you if would like to discuss.  Haven't had any negative experience with unexpected charged and we pay them automatically through Comdata.  It has been a great move for us!
