OK - I bet this has never happened to any of your company's - have you been on the side on being told you have a project in hand just to have it taken away - behind your back and given to another company? Even a company that did not bid it in the first place. This has to be the lowest example of back-stabbing there can be. Questions - do any of you have a procedure in place to protect your company - from this act? Do you use any kind of non-disclosure document?
