We are a Heavy Civil Contractor that owns and operates an extensive fleet of rolling stock and Construction Equipment. We also have a large shop facility with 5 Mechanics, 4 helpers and 2 managers.
I am wondering if anyone has ever set up a budget for their shop and if so, would be willing to share it?
How do you break out supplies, parts, labor, and outside repairs?
