Job Costing PM's and Super's

    Does anyone use a standard cost rate to job cost PM's and Super's to specific jobs?  We have been using actual payroll but now want to distribute more detailed job cost info and want to avoid disclosing actual payroll information.  We are considering developing a standard cost rate for each level and charge jobs accordingly.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
