We have recently converted to Viewpoint and would like to get feedback as if anyone is using a system to track when buillings are sent via email to their customers.
The issue we are trying to resolve is, in our 31 branch locations, customer billings are printed off the system and we can see that date, but the customer billing sits on someones desk and is not mailed until days later. This situation is impossible for us to track.
What we would like to do is require customer billings to be emailed to the customers and we want to use some centralized software to do so in order to verify every customer billing entered in a specific accounting period was sent in a timely manner.
Does such a software exist or what solutions is anyone out there using to accomplish a similar solution?
