Over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry in the finance, risk, and technology realms, serving General Contractors and subcontractors, partnering with surety brokers, surety and insurance carriers, technology providers, and CPA's.
Member of the Orange County (CA) Chapter of CFMA since 1989, where I participated as Chair of the Membership Committee, was a Board Member for 4 years, and was a founding member of the Southwest Regional Conference, where I served for ten years on the planning committee.
Current CFMA National volunteering includes participation as a member of the National Leadership Development Committee, the Annual Conference Advisory Task Force, AGC/CFMA (CFMC) Conference Steering Committee, and the National DEI+ Committee. In 2025, I was selected to participate as part of the National Strategic Planning Task Force.
Have previously served CFMA in a National capacity as National Secretary (2023-2024) , as a participant on the National Executive Committee (2016-2019), Annual Conference Planning Committee (2010-2019), Investment Subcommittee, National Social Media Task Force, and as Vice Chair of the Annual Conference Planning Committee for the 2013 and 2014 Annual Conferences.
Recipient of the 2017 CFMA Debra Hahn National Memorial Award.
Recipient of 2021 Construction Dive "Outstanding Women in Construction" Award in the Mentor Category
In the community, I am a founding member of the Southern California Chapter of Free Mom Hugs (www.freemomhugs.org). I participate annually in numerous charity closets and clothing drives, that enable people from all walks of life to receive clothing that reflects their identity and helps them exist in their surroundings with dignity.
