Congratulations to Michelle Lounsbery, J.D., MBA, CRIS for recently earning the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation! Michelle is a Sales Executive / Business Compliance, Property & Casualty for Howalt+McDowell Insurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Co...and is also very active in our chapter as our Membership Committee Chair.
To obtain the CRIS designation, Michelle had to pass five exams in the areas of (1) Liability, (2) Risk Transfer, (3) Property, (4) Work Comp, and (5) Other Contractor Miscellaneous Coverages that include Surety, CIPS, Commercial Auto and Pollution.
According to Michelle, “I’m committed to the success of the construction industry and I want to provide my clientele the best service possible. Obtaining this designation allows me to share expertise and provide credible information to contractors specifically looking to make wise choices in regards to their insurance and risk management.”
