iOS is Better! Android is Better! Windows is Better!
Ugh...the challenges of putting the best devices in your employees hands seems to always boil down to these types of (fairly unproductive) discussions. To help us, I would suggest the following framework:
- Does it allow you to communicate more effectively?
- Can it reduce the amount of time spent to meet your requirements?
- Is it affordable?
- Is it simple to use?
If your handheld meets these criteria, it doesn't matter who made it.
