Richard D. Campbell is a member with Campbell & Bissell, PLLC. He advises contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in all types of construction matters and represents those entities in mediation, arbitration and court at the trial and appellate levels. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Idaho and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was a Thomas Moore Scholar and executive editor of the law review. Rich is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Washington, Idaho and Montana, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is frequently requested to speak on construction law related topics and is a guest columnist for the Inland Northwest Journal of Business on related topics.
