A review of the vital signs of a healthy contractor and the warning signs of a contractor on life support.

Also includes an exercise in analyzing contractors' financial statements and work-in-progress schedules.

 

Daryl Knox is a partner at AKT CPA's and Business Consultants.  He has over 19 years of public accounting experience serving local and regional companies in the construction industry.  Daryl also has first-hand experience with financial management and operations as the controller and chief financials officer of two family-owned construction businesses.
