Change order management is a challenge for almost all construction business owners.  Meeting clients, capturing requirements, determining costs and getting approvals can be a daunting and time-consuming task. Most changes, if not managed properly through a formalized change management process will have considerable impact as they disrupt work and affect its orderly sequence, adversely impacting productivity and accordingly causing delays and cost overruns.  Managing changes effectively is crucial to both the success of the construction project and profitability of the company.
