The Georgia Chapter recognizes the
importance of leadership succession. Besides a formal election
process involving former chapter presidents, the chapter financially
supports each President-Elect to attend the CFMA Spring Creek
Leadership Retreat the year before he/she takes on the chapter.
Since 1997, all Georgia chapter presidents are Spring Creek alums
(also commonly referred to “Creekers”). Some of them have even
attended Spring Creek Reunions!
Beside beneficial to the Chapter,
Creekers agree that this leadership retreat will bring on tremendous
personal and career growth.
