Does anyone have a vehicle allowance policy they are willing to share? We have reviewed several and looking for some feedback on what works and what doesn't. There is already healthy MVR screening/usage/safety polices in place. Exploring moving some employees to allowances from fleet vehicles. Majority of operations in Texas. Non-union contractor.
