Wondering if anyone has successfully migrated their Viewpoint software from in house servers to the VP Cloud and what the experience and feedback is. We've used VP for a little over 10 years and are generally happy with it. We have power users that create our own crystal and custom reports and we perform our own upgrades to different versions, including tax updates, etc. We are being told that support will end and that migration into the cloud is mandatory by the end of 2026. The annual maintenance costs are more than double. Also, they are very reluctant to give us references of other users that have moved into the cloud. We view that as a red flag. It seems very much like a sales pitch and less like a customer service need. Would be helpful if anyone could share their experiences - good or bad. Thank you.
