  • 1.  Sick time when working 4 hour shifts

    When our project allows our crews are choosing to work 4 hour shifts.  When an employee calls our sick or takes a vacation do you pay them 8 or 10 hours?  Working 4 10s is decided on a case by case basis so all of our crews are not able to.
