Julie – We all feel the same pain! The Valley of the Sun Chapter will be conducting and compiling the construction salary survey this year. The salary survey is completed every other year. Please watch for announcements in October to participate in the new survey and you will receive the results for free by the end of the year, if you participate in the survey.
You can order the prior survey results, but given the steep increase in salaries over the past few years, the prior results are a bit stale. https://vos.cfma.org/chapters/resources/surveys
Also, some members may be willing to discuss PM salary rages on an confidential basis.

Subject: Salary Data
Recently we have had a difficult time hiring Project Managers and Superintendents. We offer a higher than average salary however, we notice many candidates are looking for a very high salary (in our opinion). Is anyone else in Arizona noticing this too? Is there a statewide construction average salary report available for us to review?
