How many bank accounts do you work with at your companies? Do you have a separate one for incoming wires versus other activities? Do you have a separate one for payroll versus normal accounts payable and accounts receivables? If you have multiple accounts, what are the reasons? Is it to split out duties in your office, to protect against external fraud, or some other reason? If you have just one account, what tools are used to protect the account?
I just landed this great position with my new company, and working on our bank accounts is one of the first priorities.
