Is anyone in CFMA on Premier Construction Software and utilized any OCR AP invoice processing software besides SmartUI (which is the recommended vendor by Jonas)? I'm interested in hearing folks success stories with SmartUI or experiences with other software programs in terms of integrating with Premier Construction Software by Jonas.
My company doesn't process enough invoices for SmartUI's platform to make financial sense at their price point. There are definitely advantages and areas for improvement with how it integrates with Premier by Jonas. I'd be interested in hearing what other companies are doing to make SmartUI work best for them or hear experiences with other platforms. We've been with SmartUI for 2 years and it isn't where we want it to be, but that may just be a product of our relatively low volume of invoice processing under the threshold where SmartUI indicated the volume needed it to be for their solution to make sense.
