Good morning everyone! Happy Monday. I'm looking for some feedback on pre-employment physicals. Being in construction, is it the norm to have these done? I read a post where someone said they get a back x-ray done prior to employment. If you have a pre-employment physical done, do you also do physicals periodically for the field staff?
We have been going back and forth on the idea of pre-employment physicals for a while, but we also have employees that have been working for us for 20+ years that aren't as fit as they were 20+ years ago. In reading about annual physicals, we can require physicals if it is job related, which it would be.
