Mark,
My team regularly assists construction companies with technology transitions, whether it's to move to the cloud or replace an end-of-life solution. We've developed a process to help clients evaluate their current state, define future-state requirements, and navigate the transition with confidence. There are a variety of accounting options for civil contractors that have integrated job costing or can integrate with Spitfire if that is your preference.
I'd be happy to discuss our experiences and potential options if you are interested. Feel free to send me a message here or reach out to me at my contact information below.

Subject: Need new accounting system that integrates with Spitfire Project Management system
We currently use Microsoft SL Dynamics for accounting and Spitfire Project Management for job cost. SL is scheduled to be discontinued in 2028.
We are beginning to shop for a new accounting and job cost system and would like recommendations. We are a mid size civil contractor working in the southeast.
Can anyone recommend a fully integrated accounting / job costing system? We would prefer to stay with Spitfire for job cost but are open to change if the systems are fully integrated.
