    Hi everyone,

Looking for general member input for insurance certificate programs that scan the certificate and issues reports on what the certificate is missing.  Any help appreciated.

I know there are a number of them now, and am just starting to look.  Thank you.

    Kim

    Hi Kim,

We use have been using a webapp called TrustLayer that has been working pretty well for us. It's OCR is pretty good and you can also track other documents like Contractor's Licenses and expiration dates. The software auto emails the contacts that you or the vendor/sub assigns when the COI is about to expire. It also doesn't require a login, which I think is a big plus if you are trying to push all your vendors/subs to use the service. It's basically like DropBox where they can click on the link in the email and upload the COI and they are done. They can also forward the COI request email to their broker.

I'd be happy to answer any other questions you might have.
