We are looking at creating an injured worker toolkit that will include an employer job desription for the "job of injury" and several options for light duty for our carpenters. Does anyone have any examples of employer job analysis for these categories that they would be willing to share? I am using the Washington L&I form F252-040-000 Employer Job Description Form and guidance from our workers comp TPA to create this information.
