We are a heavy civil contractor with about 300 employees using Spectrum for our ERP. We handle payroll in-house. We are looking for a true HR Management System. We are looking at Arcoro, Bamboo and UKG. Looking for pros and cons of the above systems as well as any other systems we should look at.

Hi Tom, ISOLVED would be a great option and can integrate with Spectrum. I sent you a direct message.

We are also in this review process there is one more we are reviewing called Miter you may want to add that to your list of products to review

appreciate any insight on these options. We currently use Foundation but plan on looking at ERPs in 2024

    Hey Tom,

We do heavy civil work as well and have been using Bamboo for several years. We found that we couldn't use their payroll system because they couldn't handle prevailing wage jobs and being able to switch an employee's trade per hour on a particular day. We are still handling our payroll in house. We haven't been able to find a solution that can handle prevailing wage/certified payroll reports and save a significant enough amount of time in the processing to be worth it. By the time we verify the trades are correct and the timecards are complete, the time consuming part is already done.

I would be curious if someone has broken through this barrier or have struggled with the same issues and found something that worked for them.
