I'm looking for some advice on Human Capital Management / HRIS software to manage the full HR process / team member experience throughout the employment lifecycle. We are currently using a combination of the HR module within our ERP (Viewpoint Vista) along with Bird Dog for ATS/on-boarding and Power BI. With growth in our workforce development, career path and employee engagement efforts, we are interested in any feedback that you can provide re: UKG or other full-functioning HCMS/HRIS systems.
