    I am reaching out to see if anyone is willing to make a recommendation on a software fuel system to measure fuel pumped from fuel trucks into the equipment.

    Our equipment maintenance software is B2W Maintain.

    You might want to review what Word Fuels offers for company owned fuel trucks.  Fred Smith Company has been using their system for years and works well.  It works off of RFID readers so it makes sure the proper fuel type is tracked and restricted from being dispensed by unit number.  The system is cloud based so information is timely to the Fleet team and accounting.
