I am aware that there have been many postings on this topic in the past. I am specifically posting to inquire to CFO/Controllers who have an effective formalized bonus plan in place, across all levels. I am new to my role and looking to implement a more structured bonus plan with goals/measurables and formulas for calculation of bonuses.
We are a 200 person general contractor with multiple "business units". I envision bonuses will be calculated inclusive of the results of each individual's business unit
and the results of the company as a whole, as well as a % for individual intangibles.
