    I'd love to hear from other contractors who have implemented Avidxchange or Corpay to process payments. Does the time savings add up to the additional cost?

    Hi Nicolle,

    We use Corpay, and the time savings plus the rebates have made it worth it. The main reason we switched was the amount of check fraud we were dealing with-eliminating that was huge for us.

    That said, there are a couple of things to watch out for. Corpay will occasionally switch your vendors' payment preferences without notice, which can cause headaches for both you and your vendors. Just something to keep an eye on.

    Hi Nicolle, We've been using Corpay for around 6 years and it does help streamline the payment process and the rebates have been solid as well. They also take on the risk with ACH, etc.. Feel free to reach out and I can provide further information as needed.

    We have been with Corpay for about 6 years or so while on Vista/Viewpoint.  Not only does it save our a/p coordinator time and mitigate bank fraud/risk it actually makes us money due to the rebates we receive.  Extremely similar to the other responses on this thread it has allowed us to limit the amount of fraud by outside people as much as possible.  Even if we were to net out even on the rebates side of it all, the ability to deploy resources to other tasks and mitigate risk is worth it in my opinion.
