    This topic may have been previously covered, but I am looking for recommendations on AP automation. We are a Viewpoint Spectrum user interested in software recommendations on the automation of the invoice entry process, but not the payment process.

    William –

     

    CPI is implementing Viewpoint Vista and are utilizing Viewpoint's Auto Invoice functionality (OCR) on bringing in vendor invoices and setup the AP Batch.  I do not know if it will work with Spectrum.  You may want to ask the question though.
