I am looking for input on who everyone uses for LMS software? We have just began our search and are finding that many LMS companies only serve customers with 100+ employees/users. We are an Electrical Contract with 50 employees. We are looking for a system to streamline our employee development, continuing education, and on-boarding processes. I am hoping this system would also be able to track state licenses, lift training, first aid/cpr. ect. Currently, all of this information is tracked with multiple Google Sheets and Folders within Google Drive and it is starting to get chaotic.
Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
