    We are reviewing our cell phone policy and wondering what others are doing?
    Here are some questions I have and would love to hear from you.  I am summarizing what I am learning as I reach out to various companies and would be willing to share with you if you'd like.

    Questions:
    1. Do you provide company phones or allowances (which one if any)?
    2. How many employees are on your plan?
    3. If allowance, is it taxable to employee?
    4. What level(s) do you reimburse at?
    5. If levels, what is your criteria for levels?
    6. Anything else you'd like to share?
