Last Friday Procore filed an S-1 and outlined plans to go public. Number of shares and pricing were not announced. The speculation is Procore could have a valuation of $3-4 billion. We learn from the S-1 that Procore has grown to 1,800 employees, 8,506 customers and $289 million in revenue. I wish Tooey and the team success in this volatile market.
