Looking to hear what software general contractors are using for estimating and bid day. Does it integrate with your accounting software? What are some of the benefits to your company for using that software, what are some things you wish it did better. We have been using an excel workbook (SURPRISED right) nobody uses that anymore. IT is pretty sophisticated and locked down. The estimators like the ease and the fact it has been customized to their needs, but are also ready to "upgrade" to a database program that allows us to analyze and mine the data.
