I'm looking for a recommendation for an attorney to set up a real estate investment based LLC's. The entity will be simple in structure but will also require consultation and drafting of a buy/sell agreement and an operating agreement. We ultimately intend to create several of these type of entities.
Ideally we want some well versed in creating such entities for our intended purpose at a fair and reasonable cost. Thanks in advance.
