I would like to update terms and conditions for my purchase order document.  I use sub contract agreements for contractors working as a sub to me and for service provider such as concrete pumping or crane service.  I want to find some tern and conditions  language for PO's issued for items such as stone, concrete, pipe, steel.  If anyone can direct me to a helpful website or some source i would appreciate.  I have searched thru AIA doc list, the AGC doc list and the CFMA Financial Management and Accounting for the Construction Industry

We use a "Long Form" Purchase order for those materials that are not quite AIA worthy - see attached
