We are a multi-trade, multi state, multi union specialty subcontractor with approx 700 employees and we are contemplating a consolidation of HR systems to a new HRIS system in 2021 to provide efficiencies and scalability. Our first decision is do we move payroll processing from Viewpoint Spectrum to the new HRIS as it will impact the number of viable platforms (many HRIS require payroll) that we consider.
As we evaluate both ADP and Ultimate Software they both recommend Contractor Central as the middleware to integrate payroll data back to Spectrum for posting to job cost, billing, and union / Davis Bacon reporting.
We are concerned with the complexity of the integration. We are looking for additional references who have used Contractor Central successfully to integrated 3rd party HRIS into Spectrum (without doing payroll twice).
Also, are their other middleware integrators or HRIS platforms that we should consider to make this project successful?
