Just jumping on to notify everyone to be on the lookout for an "Order Form" from Nationwide Chemicals (with an S). The form reads and looks like an invoice. After calling them, they explained their scam as an "Enrollment Order System" for recurring purchase of their new product. Once a check is mailed, from my understanding, they begin a recurring order on a monthly basis. This was caught on its way through our office, but wanted to give anyone the details in case they wanted to flag their AP department. These situations really just reiterate the need for a solid P/O system within the company, regardless of size. Information is below.
