We are using Viewpoint for GL, Job Cost, Job Billing, Change Orders and Subcontracts. We are using Procore for all other Project Management functions. Viewpoint works very well for Job Cost, Job Billing, Change Orders and Subcontracts. The only downside is that their support has been slow, but seems to be improving. We have looked at CMiC, but were not convinced that it was better than Viewpoint. We are planning to take a hard look at Viewpoint Team for project management. Team seems to be progressing to the point where it will be comparable to Procore, but I don't think it has arrived yet.

We are currently looking at switching our PM and Accounting software. We are looking for something we can use from pre-construction to closing the job out to include all financial reporting. After much research we have narrowed it down to a few companies - Cmic, Viewpoint and Jonas. I am hoping to gain some insight from those that are using or have looked at these programs.
