Description needed:
- Manage month end close
- Financial Reporting to key leaders
- Assist CFO with Board Reporting
- Assist CFO with annual budgeting process
- Job cost accounting experience preferred
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard – do bank recs, do JE's but then transition to bigger picture
- Complex bank reconciliations where ZBA has been used for 4 entities
- Clean up GL – unravel practices done by previous staff to help chart path to bring clarity.
- Account reconciliations
- Experience at $100 Million company +/-
- Sage 300 CRE experience preferred or the ability to learn systems quick
- The ability to be shown something once
- Concerned about the details and therefore organized
- Manage AP/AR/Job Costing – willing to jump in and help if needed
- New ERP implementation experience a plus
- Excellent at Excel – Pivot Tables and complex formulas – ability to automate in excel
- Humble, Hungry and Smart!
This is a permanent position. This person will be able to set things up for success and then hire a staff accountant and train them in 2-6 months.
