We are a contractor with an employee size between 100-150 employees. We are reviewing our 401k program and want to know how competitive we are with 401k packages of similar sized contractors in the southeast region of the US. I am told that We would like to know if you have a safe harbor plan, if it's a set match % or a discretionary match, or if there is a separate plan for HCEs. If you have a high contribution rate, why do you think that is?
