Harper Construction Company, Inc. is currently looking for a
Project Accountant:
- Knowledge of Excel a must
- Knowledge of Timberline helpful but not required
- Sub billings
- Assist Project Manager in generating Schedule Of Values for subs on new jobs/contracts
- Roll over previous month sub billings and prepare for current month billing
- Send out approved billings to subs
- Collect Lien Releases and check for accuracy
- Check for subcontractor compliance
- Follow up with subs on a regular basis regarding compliance and lien releases for payment
- Update and maintain lien release logs
- Assist accounting department as needed
- Filing as needed
Good communication and organization skills, multi tasker, self-starter and/or ability to work independently. Must have previous Construction Accounting experience.
