    We are a subcontractor to a contractor on a public works project. We want to set up an escrow agreement for our retention between the Contractor and we as the Subcontractor.
    Do we site Public Contract Code 22300?
    I believe we do since it's a passthrough from the General to the Contractor.

    I just need to confirm.  Does anyone have such a document?
    I update a public entity escrow agreement for our purposes.
