We are in the process of updating our paid time off policies and are struggling with when to offer PTO, how much to offer, how it accrues, different policies for hourly vs. salary, and various other issues. Would anyone be willing to share their PTO policies? Our goal is to offer a competitive package without creating a lot of incentive for abuse. Thanks
