With the current labor shortage we are attempting to start a Laborer apprenticeship for Merit Shop contractors in Kansas City, Missouri. The program is DOL approved and ran through the local ABC chapter in Kansas City, Missouri. There is a minimum of 8 to start a class, Mega already has 2 candidates and is considering adding 1-2 more.
We have contacted several local high schools looking for graduates who are interested in construction, I could assist you in finding applicants. You would have to do your own hiring and interviewing.
This is a great opportunity to find and develop new talented labor and save money on Prevailing Wage work.
